Teaching Services
I tailor clarinet instruction to each students' individual needs, level of playing and musical interests. I offer my services in three different settings:
In person lessons at my studio
In person lessons at your home
Remote lessons
Drive to my personal studio located in New Brighton, next to Silverwood park.
Price: $20/30mins or $40/60mins

In person lesson in the comfort of your own home.
Price: $25-$30/30mins or $50-$60/60 mins (varies depending on distance from my personal studio; message me to confirm the rate)
While I highly recommend in-person lessons due to better results, I understand that it may not be an option for some. Connect over Zoom - stable internet connection required.
Price: $20/30mins or $40/60mins
Cancellation policy

Lessons taking place at either my studio or remotely need at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation. Lessons taking place at your home need at least 48-hour notice of cancellation. You will be charged for your lesson unless you cancel within the specified timeframe. If I have to cancel a lesson due to a non-emergency situation (for example, scheduling conflict on my side) I offer one lesson for free to make up for that.
What is expected from students?
As a student, you should come to each lesson prepared. This includes daily practice sessions between the lessons, familiarizing yourself with the material we are currently working on and bringing all necessary items to your lesson: your instrument, reeds, music and other materials as assigned. If the lesson is taking place at your home, you should also have a music stand and a pencil.
Payment
It's possible to pay both in cash and online. I use MyMusicStaff that utilizes PayPal to process payments (you don't need to have a PayPal account to complete the payment).
